TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
• Slots are not necessarily first-come-first-serve, and requests that align with my strengths will be given priority over those that do not.
• I keep the right to reject a commission if I don’t feel comfortable with it or if I don’t think I’m capable of doing it. Applicants will be notified via email whether or not I'm able to take on their commission.

• Regular updates will be given if requested but clients can also ask for an update any time or check my trello.ARTWORK RIGHTS
• Purchasing art from me grants you personal use of your single digital copy. You cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit, including but not limited to: NFT minting, selling copies (digital or printed) or using the artwork in advertisements.
• Personal use artworks may be posted to the client's social media given that credit is properly included.
• I reserve and retain all rights to publish any artwork with proper credits on my social media and my portfolio.
• Use of my artwork to train AI is strictly FORBIDDEN and will result in an instant blacklist. You are not allowed to modify, distribute, post the piece to any blockchain related network or claim the artwork as your own.
• Commercial rights must be negotiated in relation to artwork used as streaming assets (headers, notifs, emotes, stingers, in-between screens), network assets (website graphics) or merch products (charms, stickers etc).
• Commissions for COMMERCIAL USE can be discussed on a case-by-case basis and require a signed contract. Rates for commercial use are subject to adjustment and an additional 50% minimum commercial rights printing fee.PAYMENT
• All prices are in EUR(€). Please check the appropriate conversion before ordering.
• Invoices will be sent once commission forms have been approved.
• Payment must be made upfront before I begin any work. Failure to make full payment within 30 days after my confirmation will result in your slot being forfeited.
• Payment plans can be negotiated for long-term works above the 500EUR threshold.PRICING
• All prices are a base estimate without any extras (complicated clothing, previous character design not provided, weapons, props...)
• All requests are subject to custom quotes depending on complexity. Please be aware that additional characters/ creatures, pets, large or complicated props can bump the price.
• Specific references must be provided, since any concept art work will be charged extra depending on complexity.TURNAROUND & PROCESS
• Turnaround varies according to size and scope of commission, with small pieces taking between 1-3 weeks, and bigger pieces taking between 1-3 months.
• Work will begin only after either the invoice has been paid in full.
• Clients with payment plan installments will receive their rough sketch for approval after 50% of the overall price is paid, and the finished piece after all remaining installments are paid.
• Clients will receive a rough sketch for approval before cleanup and/or colors, during which time they are free to ask for a reasonable number of edits.REVISIONS & EXTRA FEES
• All clients are allowed a reasonable number of good-faith edits free of charge during the sketch approval phase.
• Major edits such as different clothes, poses, extra characters, backgrounds, extra VFX, color palette revamps, etc... will incur an 20-50% additional fee depending on a piece’s stage of completion.
• Minor changes such as small details or color adjustments as well as edits required due to the artist misinterpreting critical details or mistaking information despite clear communication and good references, are free of extra charge.CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Commissions are non-refundable except in the event that:
• The commission is canceled BEFORE I send out a rough sketch for approval and if no work has been done. Partial refunds are available for work that has not been completed, but has had at least a stage of progress finished. No refund will be provided for fully finished work.
• If the commission is canceled because of external circumstances after the initial sketch has been approved, a partial refund may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work already done.
• If am unable to complete the artwork within a reasonable amount of time (generally after 3 months, depending on size and scope of request), at which point a full refund can be requested.
